Terms and Conditions

Attention: Please read these terms carefully before placing your orders. By confirming your purchase with Vogue Room indicates that you have agreed to accept these terms as stated herein. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please discontinue your access. Vogue Room reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without any prior notification. 

PRODUCT DECLARATION
  1. All items sold are absolutely brand new, imported and in excellent conditions. Vogue Room will conduct a quality check on every item before mailing it out to customers.
  2. We would like to draw to your attention that the color of our products displayed on screen may not be exactly the same as the actual products due to lighting and computer resolution. However, we have made every effort to display the actual colors of our products as accurately as possible on our website. The actual colors you see may depend on the resolution of your monitor display. We cannot guarantee that your monitor screen will accurately reflect the colors of the actual product.
  3. All items are subjected to availability. Should there be cases where our items are out of stock, we will duly notify you as soon as possible via email.
  4. Once item(s) are sold, the onus is on you to take good care of it. Vogue Room will not be held responsible if something happens to it.
PRICING
  1. All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars and are exclusive of postage fees. Postage charges are to be borne by customer according to the weight of purchased item(s).
  2. Prices stated are non- negotiable. Vogue Room will not entertain any negotiations nor trades or swaps of item(s).
  3. Promotional prices and offers are for a limited time frame.
PAYMENT
  1. All payment must be made in full within 24hr upon receiving our payment invoice. In the event that payment is not received within 24hr, Vogue Room reserves the right to cancel your order. Hence, please do not hesitate to email us if you wish to back out anytime or should you wish to extend the payment deadline due to some unforeseen circumstances. Do not disappear irresponsibly as there are other buyers who are sincere in purchasing the item(s).
  2. All ATM transfers must be accompanied with a clear snapshot of your transaction receipt. Due to the recent rise of fraud cases, a scanned version of the receipt is not accepted. Vogue Room reserves the rights to reject any orders without the snapshot and makes no refund.
  3. Attempt to photoshop the reciept is a crime and Vogue Room will not hesitate to take any legal action against fraud cases.
  4. We highly advised our customers to retain their ATM receipts as a proof of purchase.
DELIVERY
  1. All orders are delivered by Singpost and sent within Singapore only.
  2. Vogue Room will not be held responsible for any lost or damages sent via normal postage. Thus, it is highly advisable for our customers to opt for registered postage to prevent lost mail.
EXCHANGE POLICY  
  1. All items sold are non-exchangeable. Customers are responsible to check all apparels upon receiving them.
  2. Should you receive a defected item(s), please email us at vogueroom@gmail.com immediately.
  3. Exchange will only be made available in the following circumstances:
    • Items received have some manufacturing defects. Please note that slight color difference to actual shade or difference in measurement within 1 inch is not considered a defect. In such instances, exchange will not be accepted.
    • The colour of the item(s) delivered is not the colour you have ordered.
  4. Defect item(s) must be mailed within 5 working days, starting from the day you receive the item. If you have any difficulty returning the item within the given time frame, please inform us through email and we will give you a time extension. Please send us an email for verification before sending the item back for an exchange. Please note that item(s) returned must be undamaged, unwashed, unworn and in the same condition as it was sent to you with the brand label still intact.
    We will do an immediate exchange once we’ve confirmed and received the defective item(s) (If the item in question is out of stock, you may exchange it for another item of the same or lower value. For an exchange item of a higher value, a top up is required for the difference in price. No refund will be offered for an exchange item of lower value).
  5. There will be no claims on used goods. Vogue Room reserves all rights to reject any exchange of products.
  6. Customers must bear the full responsibility in packing the parcel(s), sealing it properly before mailing it back to us. Vogue Room will not be held liable for any loss of goods sent for exchange by the customer. All postage costs incurred for returns are payable by the customers first. Vogue Room will only refund the delivery charges incurred for the returns after the returned items are received by us. Do note that the postage charges for the initial delivery are non-refundable.
  7. Vogue Room will not be held responsible for any damage caused by your daily washings.
