- Your email should include Order as the 'Subject' and your Email, Item Name, Color and Quantity in the 'Message' section.
- We will send you a payment invoice if the item you are interested in is still available. In cases when our items run out of stock, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
- After receiving our payment invoice, you can make payment through:
- DBS/POSB ibank transfer(preferred)
- ATM transfer
- Strictly no concealed cash or other modes of payment are allowed.
- After making payment, please mail us your transaction details in the given format as stated in the payment invoice.
- Upon receiving your payment, we will send you a payment verification email and proceed to mail out your parcel in the next working day before 5pm, unless otherwise stated.
- Once item(s) are mailed out, we will duly notify you via email.
All orders are delivered by SingPost and sent within Singapore only. Kindly refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details.
Postage
Postage charges may vary depending on the weight of the item.
Normal Postage: $1.50
Registered Postage: $3.74
For any additional item, please add $0.50 to the total amount payable.
Terms and Conditions
- Prices stated are non-negotiable and exclusive of postage charges.
- Item(s) sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless serious defects are found.
- Items are available on a first-come, first-serve basis only.
- Receiving an invoice will allow reservation of item for 24hrs, and payment must be made within 24hr of confirmation to secure your purchases.
- All ATM transfers must be accompanied with a snapshot of your transaction receipt. Scanned versions of receipt are not allowed. Vogue Room reserves all rights to reject any orders without the snapshot. No refund will be made as well.
- Vogue Room will not be held responsible for any lost or damages sent via normal postage should you not opt for registered postage.
